General Terms and Conditions
Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements with Vitafit, both for products and services (coaching), offered via the website or other online channels.
By placing an order or reservation, the customer declares that he or she has read and accepted these conditions.
Offers and agreements
All offers are without obligation.
The agreement is concluded after confirmation by Vitafit, in writing or electronically.
Vitafit reserves the right to refuse orders or bookings in the event of prior payment problems or irregularities.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and exclude any shipping costs or additional costs, unless stated otherwise.
Vitafit reserves the right to change prices. The price valid at the time of confirmation is binding.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Vitafit.
Payments
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website.
Orders and bookings will only be processed after receipt of payment.
In case of late payment, a late payment interest of 1% per month and a fixed compensation of 10% (min. €50) may be charged by operation of law.
Services
Coaching courses and consultations are carried out by appointment, in person or online.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation or absence, Vitafit reserves the right to charge the full fee for the session.
Coaching is an obligation of effort, not an obligation of results.
Right of withdrawal
For products:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
For services:
The right of withdrawal expires once the service (coaching) has started with the customer’s consent.
Refunds will be issued as a voucher. An administrative fee of €5 will apply.
Liability
Vitafit cannot be held liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage caused by incorrect use of products or failure to follow advice.
Health advice within coaching is never a substitute for medical advice. If in doubt, always consult a doctor.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district where Vitafit's registered office is located will have jurisdiction.
